It's been a long time since I last lurked around ARP and posted anything (so caught up with college but now i'm free!) and after reading this post, just to share something.

Not too long ago a Vietnamese classmate decided to upgrade her pc, nothing wrong about that right?

Well, you're wrong! DYKT she THREW AWAY EVERYTHING BUT HER HDISKS??!?!?!!?!?!?!!

SHE THREW EVERYTHING IN THE GARBAGE CAN WHEN THEY COULD STILL WORK PERFECTLY!! GAAAAHH!!!

When I shook her for an answer she merely said, "I thought nobody would want it anymore because they are old (meaning second hand) parts"

GAH! Half-wit!

I got really frustrated because of one thing I learnt from sherwin's family is that they often collect old parts to put together a pc for either a blind friend or less fortunate ones.

Really, people should be educated on what they can do with the old parts of their pc that they do not want or have lying around.
