a little help please

can anyone either give me a quick explanation or give me a link on, i have not been able to find much and the mobo manufact does not explain it very well, just want to tweak my bios for the most effectiveness and these are the 3 i just dont know about ,in other words do i want them on or what would be the best settings. thanks
a)pci ide bus mastering
b)spread spectrum
c)pci latency timer
pci clocks
