Hey guys im new here I reside in Chicago, Illinois. Im picky with choosing my forums and I can quite say I like this place alot. On to the main point. I have a VIA P4M800PRO.
Well this board has Phoenix Award Bios v3.3, I Have a P4 641 processor, and Sapphire X1650 Pro AGP 512mb. Now I was wondering if anyone knows how to overclock my cpu and my ram thru the bios and by the way my ram is 2 1gb sticks at 300mhz and also i want to raise voltages. Any kind of help would be very appreciated and thanks for your time.

I'm pretty sure there's some FSB change option in the Award Bios' FSB/Overclock menu.

However, there are some potential issues to this - 1.) later P4 models (Prescotts and Cedar Mill) are very difficult to be overclocked. 2.) VIA chipset based boards usually have very poor or limited overclocking abilities. 3.) Voltage raise must be done carefully as it might cause the RAMs to be very unstable.

There is a RAM overvoltage menu too.

A better option will be a cheap 865-based overclocking motherboards like Asrock's 865GV conroe - I did overclock this machine (Celeron 347) right up to 3.8GHz in stock fan.

Thnx for the reply. But actually I dont have no options to change the fsb. My only option that I am aware of is changing the timings on my ram.

What's the brand of the board?

If you still insist of overclocking (I read about some people bought a combo of ECS + E4300 from Fry's) you can do a pad mod (BSEL) where shorting certain contacts beneath the processor to change the FSB, like from 200->266, and otherwise. However, this technique requires you very good fingers (you need a fine small wire and a diagram for that purpose), or a conductive paint.

Or you can do the automatic way - get an overclocking board, some hybrids like Asrock's DualVSTA allow many overclocking features.

The brand of the board is MSI P4M800 Pro. Would you happen to have that diagram? Would like to do some experimenting.

Okay - first of all this BSEL might or might not work - proceed with extreme caution. Is it your main computer for your work, or another rig?

You can find in Google for BSEL mod - they have plenty of these there. And certain boards really dislike the mod - in worst cases it won't start.
