Reputation: 0 ![]() Rep Power: 0 | - BIOS Setting: AC'97 Audio - Options: Enabled, Disabled - Motherboard: GA-7ZXE - Chipset: VIA KT133A (I think) Since I have an SB Live!, and I've disabled the onboard Realtek sound, is it worth keeping this setting enabled? The mobo manual implies that it's a codec chip, separate from the Realtek processor. What does AC'97 en/decode, anyway? |

Memory Hole has already been covered. It is also known as Memory Hole At 15M-16M. That description of Memory Hole is wrong. It's actually for System BIOS Cacheable.
