Some from an older mobo here. All are in 'Chipset Features Setup'.


BIOS Option : SDRAM W/R Turnaround
Options : Enabled, Disabled
Description : None
Motherboard : PC Partner MVP3BS7-954
Chipset : Via Apollo MVP3

I've seen settings like this before, but they've always been R/W not W/R.

Read/Write or Write/Read... they are just the same.
Those BIOS fellow's aint perfect and well, sometimes juggles the words a little.

Duh...deadly "cut and paste" error. By "its brother", I am referring to the "IDE Prefetch Mode - Enable/Disable" setting which is in the same section of the BIOS as "IDE Bus Master"; hence "brother". I appreciate your quick response, Adrian, and will keep an eye out for the next revision of "The BOG". Excelent work. Regards, Slim
