Very bad accident?

On a beautiful Saturday morning, I saw this horrific accident just by the road side near my house. I guess the driver didn't survive.

It was a wet morning, so I suspected the driver was drunk and speeding really fast approaching a corner just before the accident scene. The car lost control and skidded to the tree.

Lesson 1: Don't speed in the rain
Lesson 2: Don't hit a tree

This was the second time a major accident happen at the same corner, the last time the car was rip into half and so did the tree.

Not neccesarily. It just means the area has been cordoned off (pending investigation or something.)
