The 2008 Tech ARP BBQ! (20 Sept 2008)

Tech ARP is proud to announce our yearly BBQ. Update : Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is now a steamboat / pot luck party!

When: Saturday, 20th September 2008
Time: Light off at 5:30pm. Be there or be hungry.
Where: Da Boss's Abode (aka Kelana Mahkota Condominiums), Kelana Jaya, just opposite the Giant hypermarket on the LDP. The nearest LRT station is the Kelana Jaya LRT station. There is a bus from the station that goes to the condominiums. If you still need a ride, speak up in this thread and we'll see how we can help!
Who's Invited? Team ARP and all members of the forums. If you want to bring a friend or two so we can brainwash them into joining the forums , you are welcome to!
What Do I Bring? Yourself, your friends (if any), and something for the pot luck / steamboat.

What Food Will There Be / What Can I Contribute?

Steamboat Items
- Sliced chicken pieces
- Squid (already purchased - Adrian)
- Octopus
- Fish
- Prawns
- Meatballs (as many types as possible!)
- Fishballs (as many types as possible!) (already purchased - Max, Lacus and Victor?)
- Sausages (as many types as possible!)
- Taufu and other soy tidbits (including tau pok)
- Mushrooms
- Vegetables (already purchased - Adrian)
- Yee mee (already purchased - Adrian)
- Quail's eggs (to be purchased - Adrian)

Prepared Food & Drinks
- Fried noodles
- Fried koay teow
- Sandwiches (to be prepared by Chai)
- Other types of finger foods
- Drinks - aerated and non-aerated (already purchased - Adrian)
- Potato Salad (Lacus)

How Do I Sign Up? RSVP in this thread. And hurry! We need to know exactly how many people are coming (and how much food to prepare).
