They should be able to courier the prizes to winner's country.Why r they asking to be on the prize ceremony ?
These contests should be worldwide so that everyone can take part.

Most of our contests are. Unfortunately, this one isn't.

Well, if you want to participate, just be prepared to come over for the prize giving ceremony, if you do win.

I would loved to do that coz my PC is too much aged(Athlon XP) but as u may know,I live in India & I can build a new pc in much lesser cost than buying the Flying Ticket to & from Malaysia.

I can just request u to arrange such giveaway in ARP in future which everyone can take part in.Maybe a new PC ?
