Maybe via PM? There must be a way to announce the winners besides the forum or the contest page.

Why not just ask the winners to PM you, even email can be spoofed.

But PM can definitely not.

Hmm, on the other hand, why not send an email to the winners who have not responded?

Seriously, you would expect them to at least check the results, right?

However, I know that at least one of the contestant is away at boot camp, so he won't be around until the weekend, and that's if his squad doesn't screw up and get their weekend pass revoked!
