I've received the notice on my parcel two days ago but unfortunately only on thursday I can pick it up. Really strange program they have...anyway i'll let you know how it is. 10x

Sorry, I have not resent your parcel yet. I actually went to check with the post office if they would just resend it. However, they said that because they actually delivered the card but you did not collect the parcel or call to ask for a delay, we would have to resend it. Worse still, they want us to repackage the parcel.

I'm aiming to resend the parcel this weekend. Please make sure you retrieve the parcel by NEXT weekend. If you do not even receive the red postal card by Thursday, please head STRAIGHT to the post office and ask them to check. Just show them your IC. You do not have to wait for the red card.

As far as the post office is concerned, your prize was already delivered long ago. There's no way to know who stole the prize. Arghhhh!!!
