Default Advices for Buying Panasonic FX 8

I know it is quite a old model, but the price is now drop to an acceptable level to purchase.

Is that any comment about any good or bad about this model?

It is difficult to find a online review on this model.

uu.. its using leica lens.. it think its a good choice.. not many digital camera that i find using this type of lens.. either using their own brand lens or using carl zeiss lens (i heard this one good too).. and it also look close to the leica d-lux2..

lumix would be my choice for digital camera's (if i ever get one). my sis got the fx-9 with no regrets.

FX9 is better performance. But its price it toooooo....cannot say.
I just wonder the performance of FX8 2.5" LCD screen. The pixels is much lower than FX9.

i'm not sure on the price now, but i think my sis got hers for around RM1,500? how much difference is the fx-8?

OH. U mean FX9 only around RM1500?
May i know where u got it?

Because i found the FX8 at price around RM1500 too. I think is cheap to buy.

Pixel count doesn't matter. If it has similar features with FX9, then it should be OK. Lenses on digital camera don't really matter much, they are so small. Sensors are more important.

The fx-8 or the panasonic series is quite a good model... I myself own a fx-7 model and im satisfied with it... Ull never regret it to own 1 of the series.... btw fx-7 n fx-8 model differences is only the pixels count.... which is not very important if u have more than 4MPX i think... if u need cheaper version.... opt for fx-7 although is abit old... but only pixels count diff....
