help me choose DSC-H5 / S3 IS ?

I want to buy a 12x optical zoom dgital camera

Which one shold I buy Sony Cybershot DSC-H5 or Canon Powershot S3 IS ? and why

Here's a good place to start your research comparing the Canon S3 with the Sony H5 -

They say the S3 has better image stabilization, while the H5 has a nicer LCD.

If you don't need image stabilization, you can consider the Fuji S6000fd, very good performance, high ISO option with usable ISO800.
