I'd rather wait for the lift or take the stairs than deal with the cockroach problem on the ground floor, or be woken up (at 9.30am!!!) by the noise of kids playing in the void deck right outside my room *grumble grumble*

I thought making noise in S'pore flats will cause one to get fines?

Anyway, have you cleaned up the dust? Better casings have better airflows so you might need to check as well.

And also, Speedstep or CnQ might not work properly in overclocked hardware...
