With prime rib I guess you are only to cook it to an internal temp. of 140 degF... so it is ok to say it was a little well done. But I cannot take ANY beef that is still pink, So I would like it even more well done!

But for most to cook a (I'm guessing) $60 usd prime rib roast extra well done would be sacralige,,, blaspame,,, the list goes on...

But I would like it that way... (BURNT)

Ah, The leftovers,,, I got a good idea!!! Get some cheese and a loaf of some good crusty french bread and make a big oven roasted prime rib beef sub!!!

Ew.. I can't even stand well done, never mind burnt. Rare is good.. tastes better that way but not a lot of people can do rare well.. it almost always comes out medium

yeah the beef had blood dripping out...just how i liked it...
we made a sandwich with the leftover ham...and it was great....
