A < VERY > simple recipie for peanut butter cookies. And they are very, very good!

Pre-heat oven to 350f

1 cup peanut butter

1 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Mix up,,, With a strong spoon, Just a minute.

Round dough into little balls and then squeeze into little disks...

Place on un-greased pan and bake 8 min.... Thats it... Sooooo goood!
