After that, I made some Jambalaya for my dinner last night...

Man, it was good....

First I cut up 1lb of smoked beef sausages, browned em in the pan.
Then I added water and the rice mix, and brought it all to a boil and simmered it until the rice was done and it soaked up the fluids... Man that was really good.....

Which is why you have to go stealth. ala camera phones.
