Mmmmm Mushroom soup! Looks good?

I made a couple cheeseburgers with sliced tomato and some tater tot's.

Well, I just called them plumballs 'cause I dunno if there's an English word for "Zwetschkenknödel".

Just take plums, remove the pit, fill it up with dice formed sugar.
Then make some dough out of butter, flour, eggs, salt and potatoes.

Mold it to a ball and let it cook in saltwater for about 10-15mins.

Nothing to thank for, hopefully you'll like them.

Btw. you could also fill them up with fresh apricots (pic1 from a recipe) or make some quark-dough and use fresh strawberries instead (pic2 from a recipe). ^^

I you're in need of more details 'bout the ingredients of the dough, just let me know.
