We started to get these as gifts when we got married. My wife has added a few pieces along the way. Brand is "All Clad" Stainless Steel. I love to cook with them, but some foods make the clean up a nightmare. You don't "season" them like you would a cast iron skillet. These things aren't cheap either, I remember one skillet was $100+

...ahhh for the love of cooking!
