Sago Gula Melaka ( I think it's called Palm Sugar Sago in English) okay, this is a traditional dessert (least i think it is) in Malaysia and it's one of the best things to have during a hot afternoon aside from 'Ais Kacang' or 'Cendol'. It's pretty easy to make, the only problem for me was chopping the big block of pam sugar which requires a certain amount of strenght and a VERY sharp knife. A block of gula melaka and pandan leaf. Gula Melaka chopped to smaller pieces. Gula Melaka and pandan leaf being melted in the pot The already melted gula melaka. Sago, boiled. Sago + Coconut Milk Sago + Coconut Milk + Gula Melaka + ice cubes = YuM! ![]()
