I remember gobbling them when I was young. I don't seem to see them around these days though...

Well it's like this, I take a pound of gound beef brown it up, add a packet of taco seasoning, 3/4 cup water and a half cup of grated cheddar cheese and mix well until hot.
Then I spoon the mixture on corn tortillas and roll up and place in dish top with enchilada sauce and more cheese, (Repeat 3 times). Top off with cheese. And bake until cheese is slightly browned and all is hot through and through,,, About an hour. Very Tasty!!!
