Many people go there for the salmon sushi which is cheap at RM 1.90 but I don't think it's that nice. I prefer some of the other stuff like the fried maki and the soft shell crab roll.

Strawroot's fault...

Had some nice pork chops on her blog, So I just HAD to make some for myself.

I had mine with corn and mashed potatos with mushroom gravy.

Well I just buy the "complete" kind. (just add water) So all I had to do was get two cups water boiling (I used 1 1/2 cup's water, I like them thick.) Then just pour the potatos in the hot water, remove from heat and stir for a few seconds, thats it. Very easy.

Oh you bought the potato powder? I think you can do the same with normal potatoes. Just more work.

The last time I did it, I just boiled a couple of them, removed the skin (there's a video on how to do that very easily!) and then manually mashed them with a spoon. Messy but nice!
