It's better than that. It already has butter flavor in it, and milk powder so you don't have to add later. And they are more like flakes than powder.

And finally! Here they are!

Starting with the turkey sausages (Made them 1 -2 weeks ago.).

Processing the turkey into a sausage mince...

Rolled it up into shape.

Another look...

Pre-cook...

Removing them out of the wrapper (Some were consumed immediately, some were pan grilled.)

Left overs? Use them as turkey meatballs! Pretty modular...

Home made skinless turkey sausages for breakfast.

Turkey meatballs in some kind of asian noodle soup.

Those potato diamonds are ready-made (Frozen

). Made in Australia!

To be honest, the Aussies can't make sausages that are as good as the Americans (The Malaysians, Thais & Americans still makes the best.).
