Processing the turkey into a sausage mince... ![]() Rolled it up into shape. ![]() Another look... ![]() Pre-cook... ![]() Removing them out of the wrapper (Some were consumed immediately, some were pan grilled.) ![]() Left overs? Use them as turkey meatballs! Pretty modular... ![]() Home made skinless turkey sausages for breakfast. ![]() Turkey meatballs in some kind of asian noodle soup. ![]()

My mother made the sausages I helped her to wrap it up, take photos & eat Those potato diamonds are ready-made (Frozen To be honest, the Aussies can't make sausages that are as good as the Americans (The Malaysians, Thais & Americans still makes the best.).
