Actually, Malaysia isn't the first place to have it. I saw it in Macau 2 years ago? Same thing actually.

Yeah, I suppose RM 30 (USD 8.60) isn't too much. Hehe...

I think a cheaper and quicker substitute would be to pour Hershey's chocolate syrup over small ice-cream balls.
