Oh, I just stay with the buttons. Mushrooms are expensive here. But as far as using them on pizza,,, any will do!

Oh really? Butter mushrooms are pretty cheap here, and we have all kinds of mushrooms, from different Chinese mushrooms to the Japanese Shiitake mushrooms. The Japanese mushrooms are very expensive though.

Hehehe,

If I was gonna do it I would go all out.

I would get trin a couple of these huge portabella mushroom cap's (FIVE DOLLARS!

) and the just put them on a pizza crust and then cover with cheese, pepperoni and green peppers....trin dreams...

Hey... have you ever tried chopped garlic as a topping??

They would really smell alright..

but I love garlic butter. I wonder how well garlic would taste on a pizza... Hmm..

Oh, you are so right on that! All the major chains offer garlic butter spread on the edges of the crust if you ask.
