Yup. I guess they differ by the region or type of olive trees. I once saw a TV programme that showed how in Spain they have a shop selling nothing but olive oil. In fact, they actually allow you to taste the different olive oils like wine!

Anyway, I'm cheap. I got the cheapest there is - a 1L bottle of extra virgin olive oil from Tesco.

evoo is best used with salads and such.

To use evoo for frying food is not good because it burns at a lower temp. Just use good olive oil for frying stuff's.

these days i don't use oil at all

just steam, boil or throw everything in water.
