Deep fried them (compleatly submerged), Or pan fried?

I have a fry-daddy deep fryer, But I rarely deep fry food, so its a big waste of shorting to cook just one filet.

I think she used the fryer. The pan-fried versions look slightly different IMHO. But I think you can just pan-fry it. It's about the same.
