Here's my Unhealthy Supper for today

argh

just missing a hot dog bun, used bread instead

btw here is my Dinner today

Salmon with baked potatoes,Lemon & Orange Parsley butter sauce

+ made my own Homemade Cream of Tomato Soup too

my dad loved it

For the Tomato soup [serve about 3 ]:

5 tomatoes chopped , 1 onion chopped , Parsley[ Optional if you want to add,because it adds taste to the soup ] Blended.

Heat up the pot, 1 tablespoon of butter, 5 table spoon of tomato puree [ put more extra to make it more for extra flavour

], slowly later add in the blended paste. then stir on .
Then Add one teaspoon of chicken stock, then slowly add in 1 and a half of Full cream milk, and add a little of water [ but not too much ], then add salt and pepper. after been boiled. let it rest , then throw it into the blender , blend it till fine, after that pour back into pot reheat a little , and Voila Ready to be served

Well have been busy all this week but nice today so decided to BBQ after work

Hot Italian sausage with Diana sauce and baked potatoes with sour cream and fresh ground pepper

Saw Adrian's comment about calories
