Hyper R, I just love food ya know...

It was the prcthread that got me started...

P.S. Your turn!

Falcone/Sherwin,,, Here's the recipie,,,

3 large potato's sliced (like in the picture)

The smallest slab of ribs.

Sprinkle with lots of salt and black pepper... That's it!!!

Bake @ 375degF for a hour and 15 minutes under a very loose "tent" of foil. Don't let the foil touch the food or it will stick.

After the hour or so, take the foil off. Rearange the meat and potatoes " like in the picture" with the more well done potato's in cooler spots... (An oven thing)...

And bake uncovered for a half hour more... more or less...

Thats it !!!! Simple

Serve with corn on the cob....

Hah! Let me show you some authentic Indian food!

I took these when I went to The Tandoori House in Melaka Raya, here in Melaka.

This is Papad, or Papadum. Indian crackers. Goes great with the green spicy peppermint sauce!

This is the famous Tandoori Chicken. Rather expensive but it was well marinated and roasted.

http://www.rojakpot.com/dp_photos/In...n%20Masala.jpg
Here you will see Chicken Curry and Mutton Masala. Looks the same but tastes really good!

Ahh.. This is Rogan Gosh, a mutton dish with melted cheese and milk. FANTASTIC!

The damage to my wallet? RM 36.25 (USD 9.54) for two.

Tandoori Chicken (one piece) = RM 7.00 (USD 1.84)
Chicken Curry = RM 6.00 (USD 1.58)
Mutton Masala = RM 6.50 (USD 1.71)
Rogan Gosh = RM 7.00 (USD 1.84)
