Hah.. Time from an update from me.

Jenny cooked some spinach for dinner the other day.

Here are two bundles of spinach from Jusco. Cost : RM 1.20 (USD 0.32)

Frying up a little chopped garlic...

Let them fry a little for the aroma!

Pour in the spinach and stir fry.

And voila! Stir-fried spinach. Very sweet by itself. But you can always add anchovies or prawns if you like.

We also had instant Unagi Kabayaki. Cheap ones.

Here is the packet, after removing the eel.

Made in China. Bought from Jusco as well. Cost us RM 7.99 (USD 2.10) for TWO packets. Of course, each packet had only about 110 gms of eel.

Here it is, after heating it up in the wok for a few minutes.

Didn't taste as good as the ones I've eaten in restaurants but well, it's a LOT cheaper.
