He complained to me last time his PC was too slow, that's why he's using my old Athlon XP 1.9GHz now...Now I need to get him more RAM...

the d2ol process sometimes takes higher priority one. i guess it might be because there's actually two processes that runs, one for the docking calculations, another that runs to check for updates from web, upload results and download tasks.
