There is a flaw in the DČOL programming that will make the 3 processes it spawns run at "normal" priority.

When the DČOL agent is first launched it spawn D2OL.exe. Then you will get GridWin.exe When it has finished computing the docking grid for the 20 Conformers it will launch DockWin.exe. Dockwin.exe does the actual docking to determine which of the 20 Conformers is the best candidate for a drug. Once that's done it kicks that candidate to the queue to be uploaded to the Sengent servers for analysis... the dockwin.exe starts up and so on and so forth...

The problem with the coding is that each time a new process is spawned there is no way of telling what priority it will run at. DČOL Daddy makes the processes "Behave" by setting them at low priority every 10 seconds. In the next revision of the DČOL agent there will be no need for DČOL Daddy as the coding should be fixed.
