E6500 @ 3.66 GHz - HSF recommendations

Planning to build an E6500/P45 system for my folks. I think running it @ 11x333 instead of the stock 11x266 should be easily accomplished. I've read that the stock HSF is both inefficient and noisy. Can you guys recommend a HSF that is:

1) Quiet (120 mm fan probably)
2) Mounts using a backplate to minimize flexing of the MB
3) Relatively inexpensive

My only experience with cooling C2D/C2Q chips has been using a TRUE-120+expensive 120 mm fan which is too expensive for this application and probably overkill.

Thanks!

I have a Biostar P43-A7 and have not overclocked it. I have changed the stock cooler and have CoolerMaster X Dream 4
(Which is again an air cooler but better performer than intel stock I guess) and further details are in this link.

Cooler Master - Ultimate provider of Computer Chassis | Cooler | Power Supply (http://in.coolermaster.com/products/product.php?language=in&act=detail&tbcate=2238&id=4136)

I did not get the box with it but the one i brought had screws not the turn switch like in the link.

What I want to ask is that if it is possible to overclock with this fan or I need something new to overclock.

Any OC a Q6600 B3 on evga 122-ck-nf63-tr?

Current setup is in sig, bios extras disabled, spread disabled, unlinked memory

I know the evga 122-ck-nf63-tr is a terrible overclocker of Quads due to it not specifically being made for them. (had a update or something to support it) But, has anyone tried OC with it with any luck?

Should I just consider 2.8-.9 ghz from 2.4 a good OC and call it quits with this board?
