Hello guys. :D I'm back.

My PC has been collecting dust for years and sometimes when i left my PC untouched for weeks, it wont start until i clean the dust around the RAM. So i want to remove all the dust inside my PC. The best way is probably to use the air compressor can but i can't any here. So can i use hair dryer to blow cold air to remove the dust? My friend works in a saloon and he has a very powerful hair dryer. Will it generate any electrostatic charge and fry my PC?

Quick PSU question/verification.

I'm going to be building a new computer for my sister. She basically does flash/shockwave gaming at most. Everything else is word processing and other basic stuff.
In light of this, as well as wanting it as cheap as possible, it's not going to be anything special.
She is going to keep using Windows XP for now, so that's why I'm only getting one stick of 2GB RAM.
I am sure that a Sparkle 300W PSU will be enough, but I would like verification as well. Below are links to the parts.
PSU - Newegg.com - SPARKLE R-SPI300GLN 300W ATX12V 80 PLUS Certified Active PFC Power Supply - Power Supplies (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817103034)
MOBO - Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-MA78LM-S2H AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 760G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - AMD Motherboards (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128408)
CPU - Newegg.com - AMD Athlon II X2 240 Regor 2.8GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core Processor - Processors - Desktops (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103688)
RAM - Newegg.com - Kingston 2GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model KVR800D2N6/2G - Desktop Memory (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820134636)

Other then that stuff, there will be a SATA optical drive, floppy drive, and an IDE Hard Drive.

I am guessing at most in the future the system will run either a high performance dual core, or a low to mid rated quad core, either 4 or 8GB of RAM, and a low end add in video card if it's ever needed.

CPU: i5-750 @ $270
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 / MSI P55-CD53 / MSI P55M-GD45 @ $230 (CPU + mobo @ $500)
RAM: Kingston DDR3 4GB (2x2) @$130
GPU: ATI 4870 1GB @ $260
PSU: OCZ Z Series 650 Watts Silver / OCZ Modxstream-Pro 600 Watts / Cosair HX620W EPS / Antec TP-650W True Power / EnerMax MODU82+ 525W @ $190 - $150
HDD: 1TB x 2 @ $300
Casing: ....... @ $100

Total: (price in Singapore Dollar)
$1480
$1780 (i7-860, ATI 5850)

Been away for a long time, busy with work. Anyway, need some help and inputs with a new rig. Rig is primary for gaming, any idea if i should take i7-860 with ATI 5850 for extra $300?

And for mobo and psu, dunno which one is better, list a few out, anyone has an experience or recommendation for any of them?
