Personally, I am against piracy and will op for original whenever possible. Although I still buy games from sg.wang and lowyat but currently I am switching over to buy online for original copies. http://www.JumboPlay.com offers game on demand service for malaysia. The concept has long been active in USA and Europe, basically it is like a rental service. You pay to maintain an account, with the account you get to download any of the game on their library. Pretty good bargain if you cannot afford to purchase the full retail copy of the game. anytime if you don't like the game you got, just download a different game. For RM19.90 you will get full access to all game, you can even open a supplimentary account without any cost. I rent my sub account to a friend for RM10 to cut cost. So far they have kept their promise of adding 1 new game every week, with no rise in membership fee. The downside is, much like any video/book rental store, they don't have the latest game on the market. But as long as they keep up with quality games, its all good with me. Oh, BTW, they are having a join contest with The Star newspaper. Winner will get to win a 17inch LCD monitor or mp3 player. Check out more from these website. http://www.jumboplay.com.my http://games.thestar.com.my/ |
