I think they will cease supplying it soon and cease support altogether in a few years. Just like what happened to 98 a while ago. This is called progress.

But yeah,Adrian your right.That's their ace in the sleeve & with XP winding up,there is no reason to release it backwards compatible.Just a thought but,when we went thru 95,98,ME & XP everything was back compat. What's changed that makes Vista different?  MS also knows it would be cheaper to upgrade than to go thru prleap.

Reputation: 2724 Rep Power: 41 | gave up and back to xp. even a small little task like deleting a txt file takes seconds to complete. ohhhhhhhhh for **** sake i have a 3.2ghz C2D and 4GB of system memory and i JUST WANT TO DEL A 6KB TEXT FILE you bunch of lazy M$ *******s! it's just a 6KB TEST FILE AND STOP SHOWING ME THAT SPINNING "O"!!!!!!!!! sometimes a folder would jsut get stuck for no reason and there is no mother****ing way to view the content..im so ****ing pissed at that blueish busy "O" pointer. goosh it's jsut soo irritating. this is sissy! ..thissss issss...VISTAAAAAAAAAAA!!!! mother****er!!!!♦ Last edited by ZuePhok : 19th Jun 2007 at 12:39 AM. |
