LMAO, but if it's G92 based, I don't really see that as a great news, unless it's faster than 8800 Ultra, then again, it's still not fast enough!

IMHO the G92 is great news... Fast and yet efficient (cool!). Honestly, if it was not for their tremendous speed advantage, I didn't really like the GeForce 8800 GTX/Ultra.

LOL! Exactly my problem now. There's nothing left to upgrade except perhaps add another 2x1gb of ram but that oni shows 2.8gb in my system. I've tried it b4 n I show much diff so I went back to 2x1gb.

I got mine from TSB in SS2.

Edit: Ahhhhhhhhhh, I'm so happy now. I just realised there's a bug which caused me to get only about 30FPS at 2560x1600, Medium settings. It's because I started the game at 2560x1600, High setings. Once u start at that setting, it doesnt matter how low u go on the gfx settings after that. U can even drop it to 1680x1050 n the FPS stays at about 30FPS average.

The way to do it is to exit the game completely b4 changing the gfx settings. After I did that n set it to 2560x1600, Medium settings, my framerates shot up to a lovely 50-60FPS. Now, I'm really happy as it's totally smooth at that level. Even when there's lotsa fellas running around at the beach the frames fluctuate between 35-60FPS but there's no perceivable lag. Just nice smooth frames. Hopefully the patch in 2 weeks will improve things a lot more so that I can go up a notch to High settings and get smooth framerates like I'm getting at Medium now.

You need to upgrade to Windows Vista 64-bit to able to make use of more RAM.
