Yeah... IMHO, the graphics is great but not so incredible that I would believe it would require something like 3-4 GeForce 8800 GTS 512MB cards to run at 1920 x 1200 at Very High.

Look at BioShock. Incredible graphics. Fantastic water effects. The only significant thing it's missing (compared to Crysis) is motion blur. Look at just how much faster it is.

Putting the holiday to good use, eh?

Yeah, the core can be a little confusing. You got stuck at the large chamber with a few aliens taking pot shots at you?

You should be able to see a couple of force fields blocking you. Just wait until the force field generator moves. Then quickly move across.

I got stuck at the last chamber the longest. Couldn't find the escape hole.

Why must some games have stupid stages like the Core. Just like the Max Payne last time, the 'dreaming' stage. I hate these.

Hehe.. It's part of the "movie" what. By going through the core, you get to see some of the alien technology. It is also part of the storyline.

In a way, it's a bit of a let-down that the game is not really over. Especially if Crytek can only release the sequel three years later.
