Lag is not an issue in this game, you'll be playing on your own and posting lap time. The only non-important issue with lag is, when you post time up.. and if it's lagging heavily... you'll be prompted that "You are now 1st place" but when you check the rankings... you'll be in 10+ place.

these few days are super hot! i'm sweating even with a fan blowing straight @ me.. thermometer says 32C!

maybe u can try change the thermal compound on ur laptop's cpu to AS5 or something..
