but of course u need higher than what has mac daddy posted to be playable in a decent frame

I used to play AoE 3 on an ATI Xpress 200 (X300), which is an IGP. The game is not too laggy, but it was do-able.
Settings were 1024x768 on low IIRC

Be very careful about these "1.4 GHz" listings. The average user doesn't realize there is a huge difference between a Celeron and a non-Celeron!

It's even worse for Pentium 4 and Core based.

@max_87, how do i know? He's teh big Daddy i told you about :/..+ the mobo he got was recommanded by me which runs on a IGP Nvidia 7050
