I can't show u the exact way as I dun have a casing here with me..but basically the idea is to hide all the wires behind the motherboard mounting plate.

I use a full size case now with 6 total:
2 in the bag blowing air out
1 on my northbridge
1 in the front blwoing air in
1 on the side blowing air in over my vid card
and a fan on my heatsink
(these are all 80mm)

and one on my proc

i have selfmade filters on them, and my case is clean
