is it correct the 4 pin molex,take out yellow and the ground wire connect it to the >12v relay switch<then take out the 20 pin green and ground wire connect it to the relay switch?
is there a better diagram where to connect too

You can actually follow your own guide. Connect the green wire to the black wire on BOTH PSU's power connectors.

Then connect their power cables to a single power outlet. You can now use the power switch to turn both PSUs on at the same time.

Of course, this is assuming you want to start them up as standalone PSUs.

You can also do the same for PSUs in the case but you will need to cut a bit into the connectors to fit the wire/paper clip.
