Question need some help here

I don`t knw whether this is the right section to post it or not,but if it is wrong,forgive me.i`m still new here

I would like to know a COOLER MASTER eXtreme Power 430w PSU is enuff and stable or not for my system

Amd64 3000+
Msi k8n-f
Dual Ddram
x800gto
2x40g hdd
1xcd rom
1x cd burner

I don wan`t to knw other brand/model
I just wan`t to knw whether this power supply stable and enuff for this rig?

I appreaciate your help.tq

don't mean to sound like a hater but that system of urs sucks compare to my laptop not my desktop my desktop goes up to 4.6GHZ and my laptop 3.5GHZ am just saying the best cooling system outthere is Prometeia: the best CPU cooling system around down to -35C - about 2F
