Well, I would recommend getting a different mobo with PCI-E and a new video card. If you are going to do gaming, that's the next thing you want.
I never heard of Hiper. Are they known in your aria? If not, I would say get a better brand like Sparkle, Enermax, or Antec.
The rest of that looks good.

What is your current system?

It's not the best time to buy a new system now.

Hiper are quite popular in Europe and their products are starting to diffuse into the rest of the world. They have this "Type-R" modular PSU (don't laugh) that looks quite flashy and is of decent quality

Thumbs down

I would also suggest a different board that has PCI-E and to go along with it a 7600GT/X1800GTO is the bare minimum to get some decent gaming or a 7900GT. If you have a budget then the ASRock should be good enough. YOu could also wait for Vista to be released so you can get your hands on a DX10 video card or get a older card as they should be down in price by the time DX10 cards are out.

Very well then, leave the PSU alone, apparently it's a good choice. (I just have no knowledge of them except what's been stated.)

As you can see wannabgeek, a different mobo and video card are the only things that are being altered. And I would agree with werty316 in waiting if you can. With Vista coming out, DX10 is going to be the big thing people want, so if you can wait, you can get something really good, or at least cheaper. If not, I would say look at anything that has the label "Built for Windows Vista" Some cards have it, but unfortunately, I can't help with that.

I intepreted that as he already purchased the ASROCK board.

Assuming I am right...wannabgeek, I wouldn't be too disappointed with your purchase. A huge number of people go with it. I just built my friend a system with it a month or two back, because he wasn't ready to upgrade from his Radeon 9800 pro yet. You should realize that the AGP slot will not perform at the full speed of AGP slots on other boards. I think you will face something like a 5% performance hit.

Also, I'm certainly not an expert by any means on performance builds, but is it really critical to get the corsair XMS? What about downgrading to Corsair ValueRam? That would save you a bit, and maybe allow you to get a better processor (or start you down the road to a PCI-E video card).
