Reputation: 28 ![]() Rep Power: 6 | Having refilled my HP 845c cartridges after a long period w/out using them,I ran into a bit of trouble.A forum suggested that I soak the printer heads in hot water, which worked perfectly for the colour cartridge, but only half succeeded for the no.15 black. It prints spasmodically, but usually ends up leaving streaks across the page.I read somewhere that ammonia & water can clear clogged heads but I dont have any. Would a mixture of bleach & water work or ruin the head? Anyone with a better suggestion for cleaning copper inkjet heads would be really appreciated. ![]()
