The average Dell desktop buyer doesn't give a **** about what's in the damn box, as long as they can use AOL. But Dell also realise that they have to offer AMD-based workstations and servers because their business clients are clamouring for it. I suspect though, that in negotiations Dell will offer AMD-based systems but they will offer discounts if the client goes with Intel-based ones.
