I have a 15 in 1 card reader (Model GO-C15LA-F) here. When I try to boot up with either xD or SMC card attached, my computer won't boot into Windows but will stucked at an empty DOS screen with a blinking cursor. But this doesn't happen with other slots like SD, MMC, MS, MSPro, CF and MD. Any idea why is that? ![]()

Make sure that the hard disk drive is set ahead of removable media, or if you want to keep the standard order (removable media 'aka floppy', CD-ROM, HDD) then change the order for removable media devices. |
