Most quiet harddrives on the market?

i was wondering. which brand of hard drive is the most quiet.

Anecdotal references seem to point to Samsung... I haven't tried one out yet though.

Barracuda 4 (if you can still find it), and some Samsung. Raptor is very quiet at idle, a bit noisy at seek, exactly what I would like a HDD to be.

I have a Barracuda IV

Also a 7200.9 (SATAII) which is not too bad.

SilentPCReviews don't like the new Barracudas at all...since the .7 and above...

I have a .8, it's not too bad, but the seek noise is not really quiet anyway.
