Default Power Supply Unit

Hey there, I'm getting a better sturdy budget PSU for my rig, and I found Coolermaster eXtreme power 380watts.

But they have +12V1 and +12V2 rails on it!! Will my MSI K8NGM-V (a 754 motherboard) run on two PSU rails??

And I'm choosing the +12V rail which is more than 20A, but the +12V1 is 10A while the +12V2 is 15A. Is +12V1 + +12V2 = 25A??

Is it okay for me to get two rails PSU for such a single-PCIE motherboard? I thought two rails PSU = SLi Ready PSU? Or a SLi Ready PSU is a seperate PSU?? Please advise.

why not?
+12V1 is suppose to be dedicated to cpu+mobo;
+12V2 is for the rest of ur components (eg. hdd, fans, cd-rom)

if ur gfx needs PCIe power adapter, den most probably its gonna eat on the +12V2 as well...
