Default Laser Mouse??? Any side Effects???

Hi guys, just want to ask, we all know that optical mouse is becoming obselete and that in the future, there will be more usage of laser mouse. My question is, would there be any effects on health due to the usage of laser mouse? Will there be any bad long term effects should we be exposed to the laser beneth the mouse? Thank you.

I'm sure they have all been tested and approved by whatever regulatory bodies. I would also presume that's why you see the "Class 1 Laser Product" marking on the label.

For that matter, people have been staring at CRT monitors for years and (AFAIK) nobody has mutated as a result of exposure to sub-atomic particles

This is simple. Just don't point it at your face and stare at the light.

ROTFL!!!

Seriously, Class 1 lasers are safe.

Got this from Wikipedia :

Quote:
Lasers are classified into safety classes numbered I (inherently safe) to IV (even scattered light can cause eye and/or skin damage).
