Random reboots

hey guys, having a big trouble here..

My Pc is nearing 3 year old,

but lately i'm having lots of random reboots
sometimes it reboots after few hours, sometimes after few minutes, or even few seconds.

I has gotten worse & worse in few days

i've checked for leak caps but do not see any signs of them

sometimes my PC even reboots afterless than a seconds of turning on

Its not windows problem;p coz sometimes it reboots in the BIOS

Its not overclocked ..

PC Specs :

P4 2.6Ghz
Abit AI7
2x512MB + 2x256MB KVR
3 Hard Disk
3 Optical Drives
Asus 9600XT
SB Live!
Icute 450W

do you think the 3.3v rails are ok ? ..

Hi,

randoms reboots are often caused by heat.

Is your fans working efficiently? nothing obstructing them?

What temp is the room your are un?

all fans spinning

i ran using 2 different sticks of RAM .. still reboots

Tried using memtest to check for errors?

I think it's most probably your memory

i dont know how to boot into a USB pendrive

;p

just now i ran the PC with 1 stick of RAM, 1 HD, Nvidia GF4 MX440 .. restarted once after quite sometime while i was running cpu burn-in .. ;p

Check for dust under cpu fan.

Put it back to stock speed and see what happens.

Sounds like motherboard or CPU problem to me.
